Everything a robotaxi needs that we do not do with our own hands. We find the specialist, book it, see it through, and tell you exactly how we are paid for it.

How we get paid, stated plainly
A fee or a commission. Never both quietly.
For any given transaction we charge a transparent coordination fee, or we take a provider commission. You will know which. Charging both without saying so is the thing this rule exists to prevent.
No double-charging concierge
There is no appointment fee when your concierge hours already cover the work.
Regulated categories stay blank
Insurance and financing appear as partner categories with fees unpriced until licensed partners define them.
Common questions
Do you do this work yourselves?
No. The marketplace is how a comprehensive service exists without us hiring every specialist. Tires, glass, calibration, body work and upholstery go to partners, and we coordinate.
Do you charge a fee and take a commission?
Never both quietly. For any transaction we charge a transparent coordination fee OR take a provider commission, and you will be told which one applies.
Is there a fee if I already pay for concierge hours?
No. There is no appointment fee when your concierge hours already cover the work.
Why are insurance and financing not priced?
Because they are regulated and we are not licensed for them. They appear as partner categories with the fees left unpriced until licensed partners define them. An invented number there would be worse than a blank.
Are the commission rates industry standard?
No. The commissions and margins listed are our commercial targets to test, not market averages, and we say so rather than dressing them up.
