Short, because this site collects very little: what you choose to send us, and nothing else.
What this website collects
Only what you type into the booking form, plus anonymous page counts. Our host, Cloudflare, runs a cookieless Web Analytics counter that records which pages are viewed and how fast they load, without cookies and without building a profile of you. There is no advertising tag, no third-party embed, no cookie set by us and no account to create. If you use the light or dark switch, your browser remembers that choice on your own device; it is never sent to us.
The booking form
When you press send on our booking page, your name, email, the service you picked, fleet size, location, preferred time, the number you want us to call (if you gave one) and your notes are sent to our contact database, which is hosted by Supabase. Lucky Ranasinghe is alerted by email and text message so he can reply. We use what you send only to answer that request and to arrange the work you ask for.
Giving a phone number lets us call you about your request. We do not send marketing text messages, and giving a number does not sign you up for any.
What our hosting provider sees
This site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it processes the technical request data needed to deliver a page, such as your IP address and browser type. We do not add our own tracking on top of it.
How long we keep what you send us
For as long as we need it to serve you and to keep an ordinary business record of the work, and no longer than that. If you want your enquiry deleted, email [email protected] and ask, and we will do it.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the services that run the site for us and where you ask us to arrange work with a partner. Booking requests are stored with Supabase (our database host) and the alert to Lucky goes out through an email and a text-message provider; they process it only to deliver it to us. A partner receives only what it needs to do the job you asked for. We do not sell enquiries and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Photographs
Our services produce completion photos of vehicles we clean. Those are records of the work, kept for service history and shared with the customer.
