Terms
What the prices on this site mean, and what they do not.
Prices are pilot prices
Every price shown on this site is suggested pilot pricing in USD, before tax. They are prices we are testing, not established industry rates. Base prices assume a lightly soiled passenger vehicle serviced at our location. Larger vehicles, heavy contamination and mobile travel cost more.
Prices are subject to inspection
A published price is an indication, not a quotation. If the vehicle needs more than the service you booked, we tell you before starting, not afterwards. If a vehicle is too dirty for maintenance service, an initial deep clean is required first. Heavy restoration detail and severe contamination are quoted after inspection.
Nothing on this site is a contract
Booking a service starts a conversation. The terms that actually govern your work are the ones we agree with you in writing before it begins, including the cancellation rules and the treatment of unused visits.
Subscription terms
- Plan tied to one vehicle. Pooling only under a fleet agreement.
- Exterior washes scheduled during an included cabin visit where possible.
- An initial deep clean is required if the vehicle is too dirty for maintenance service.
- Deep details, incident cleanup, electricity, repairs and travel are separate.
- Priority booking is subject to capacity.
- We credit a visit we cannot fulfil. Cancellation and unused-visit rules are stated in writing before you start.
- Larger cabins are priced by measured workload.
- Extra member cabin resets or exterior washes are $25 each.
What is always billed separately
Electricity, repairs, parts, deep details, incident cleanup, towing and mobile visits are separate from any plan or package price. Partner invoices are passed through as they are charged.
Coordination fees and commissions
For marketplace work we charge either a transparent coordination fee or take a provider commission on a given transaction, and we tell you which applies. We do not do both quietly. There is no appointment fee when your concierge hours already cover the work.
What we do not certify
A vehicle condition review is photographs and a visible-condition checklist. It is not a mechanical inspection or certification and must not be relied on as one. Odor treatment results depend on the cause. Authorized vehicle repositioning happens only where a vehicle is legally and safely movable by our team or an authorized partner.
Categories we are not licensed for
Insurance and financing appear only as partner categories and are unpriced. We do not advise on either.
